REALITY

What is behind the words «business» and «passive income»

What do we call a business?

The word «business» is often used to refer to different things. For some, these are one-time deals; for others, schemes; for some, simply a job without a boss. Within this program, business is viewed as an asset that generates profit without constant personal involvement.
Business in this context is a system in which:

  1. There is clear value for the customer
  2. There are repeatable processes
  3. There is unit economics that can be calculated
  4. There is potential for growth without a constant increase in personal effort
Such a business is not tied to a single employer, project, or source of income. It is an asset that can be developed, restructured, and, if necessary, sold.

What do we mean by passive income?

Passive income is often presented as a state where nothing needs to be done. In practice, this does not exist.

In this course, passive income is viewed as a result, not as a starting point.

First, you create an active source of income, where personal involvement is inevitable. Then, involvement gradually decreases through:

  1. Systems
  2. Automation
  3. Delegation
  4. Repeatable earning models
As a result, income depends less and less on the number of hours worked and more and more on how well the system is built.

WHY NOW

How the market is changing and why you can no longer delay

Z

Stable jobs no longer exist

Not long ago, getting a job at a company meant a “lifetime contract” with stability. But reality has changed.

Today:

— Departments are shut down within a week

At any moment, your colleagues can find themselves out of a job — and you could be next.

— One person replaces multiple roles

Companies demand flexibility and the ability to multitask, but are not always willing to pay for it.

— “Working well” no longer guarantees security

Even if you perform your job perfectly, it does not protect you from changes within the company.

— Changes happen rapidly

Layoff decisions can be made in a single day, leaving you without warning and without time to prepare.

Fact: layoffs have become the norm

And this is just the beginning: every year, AI becomes more capable and takes over more functions that were previously performed by people.

Z

The market lays off those who can be replaced

Companies don’t cut people — they cut functions that are no longer needed.

How it happens:

— Everything that can be handed over to algorithms is handed over

Automation has become cheaper than people, and companies choose the speed and predictability of AI.

— Narrow roles are combined into broader ones

One specialist now performs the work of several — this is how businesses reduce staffing costs.

— Functions that do not affect revenue disappear first

If your work does not generate profit or savings, it is considered redundant.

— AI amplifies layoffs rather than replacing them

Technology accelerates optimization: the same volume of tasks is handled by fewer people.

Fact: these roles are disappearing permanently

Automation eliminates hundreds of thousands of jobs every year — and these roles do not return. Their place is taken by algorithms, not people.

Z

The internet is becoming the main market for money

Online is not a replacement for offline. It is a tool that strengthens any business: from an online store to a studio, clinic, or service provider.

Why online matters:

— Any search starts online — even if the service is offline

Haircuts, repairs, cosmetology, clinics, personal services — most decisions are made online, before the first visit.

— Websites and online platforms have become the storefront of any business

People choose based on what they see online: reviews, photos, descriptions, case studies, pricing, and response speed.

— Online allows small businesses to compete with larger ones

A specialist, studio, or local service doesn’t need a huge budget — well-structured online presence attracts clients more effectively than traditional advertising.

— Any type of business gets more clients through online tools

SEO, content, advertising, service pages, info websites, and mini-services become the main source of traffic — regardless of the niche.

Fact: an online presence accelerates growth

The internet has become the main place where customers make decisions. That’s why businesses with a strong online presence grow faster than those that rely only on offline.

Z

The skill of creating online projects is the new “safety net”

Confidence in the future is built not on a job, but on the ability to create assets.

What provides the guarantee:

— The ability to find in-demand niches

If you understand where demand exists, you can launch projects in different fields and not depend on the fate of a single profession.

— The skill of building and launching a project

You can create a website, structure, content, funnel, and service that start generating results.

— The ability to attract traffic ensures a stable flow of clients

When you know how to bring people from the internet, you can earn in any niche — regardless of employment or the job market.

— One skill opens up dozens of income models

You can adapt yourself to any market and format — and not depend on external circumstances.

Fact: those who can launch online projects are protected

This skill can be learned systematically — step by step, in any profession and business model.

Z

The cost of delay increases every day

Every postponement increases the cost of starting and makes the market harder to enter.

The cost of delay:

— Increasing competition reduces your niche every month

While you wait, others are already taking available space in the market. If you don’t start now, you will end up among those catching up.

— Advertising and tools are becoming more expensive

Tomorrow they may cost significantly more, but right now you have the opportunity to take advantage of accessible conditions for starting.

— The time you lose raises the barrier to entry

What can be done now in 3 months may tomorrow require twice as much time and effort.

— Missed opportunities do not return.

Every day without action is a day when competitors become stronger, tools become less accessible, and the market becomes more saturated. Delay leads to losing important opportunities.

Fact: delay reduces your room to maneuver

Today’s decisions determine where you will be tomorrow. Delay increases the cost of starting and makes entering the market more difficult.

ECONOMICS

How monthly income of $5k, $10k, or $20k is calculated

When the goal is to reach a specific monthly income, questions inevitably arise: what needs to be done, what advertising budget will be required, and how long it will take.

If explained as simply as possible

To consistently earn the required amount per month, a customer base is needed. Advertising brings in new customers and helps build this base, but at the start it is always testing and expenses. Stability comes later, when the base becomes large enough and some customers begin to return on their own. Repeat purchases generate profit without new acquisition costs, so income becomes more stable and predictable.

A goal of $5k / $10k / $20k per month is not a “desire,” but mathematics. The calculator shows what this goal looks like in terms of number of customers and advertising budget, and where miscalculations most often occur.

9

Understand whether the first purchase is profitable or if customers are being acquired at a loss.

Choosing a business model

The ability to choose any business model: products, services, content sites, or platforms

INVESTMENT

Why $3000 is a reasonable investment?

One project or client can pay for participation

  • An online store, service website, or content site generating $1000–$5000 per month can pay for the program within 1–3 months of operation.
  • One client for e-commerce management or full-service advertising can bring in $1000+ per month.

You are not paying for “videos”, but for a system and guidance where one successful model can pay back the cost of participation

One mistake without a system costs more than the program

  • A niche without unit economics, incorrect pricing, poor logistics, or ineffective advertising can burn $3000–$10000 and months of time.
  • Here, ideas are validated through numbers and real business experience, not expensive personal mistakes.

Sometimes the smartest move is not launching something that is doomed, and pivoting to a working model

Why $3000 for the program is a relatively small amount (explained by the author)

When clients come to me for website development, my minimum fee starts at $3000 per month. I never take on projects shorter than 2 months, because a quality website cannot be built faster. This means the minimum development cost starts from $6000. In practice, most projects take around 3 months, so the final cost is typically $9000–$10000. And that’s only basic development.

After launch, almost every site requires improvements, promotion, support, updates, and new tasks that clients continue to pay for.

If you came as a client and ordered a website, you would pay around $10000 and get a finished result. But without understanding the system, without skills in promotion and maintenance, and with full dependence on specialists going forward.

The cost of this program is $3000.

For this amount, you get more than a website or a set of videos. You get an understanding of the system that allows you to launch projects, manage them, and make decisions independently.

That’s why $3000 is a reasonable investment if you want to truly understand how online business works.

LIMITATIONS

Who this program is not for

Looking for a «done-for-you» solution instead of learning

If you expect someone to choose your niche, build your site, and generate sales for you — that’s what agencies do, not this program.

Expecting money to «just come in» without action

There are no «magic buttons» here. Only math and tools that need to be applied in practice.

Looking for «$20k in 3 months» promises

This is about building long-term projects, not selling the illusion of quick money.

Looking for a «secret formula»

This teaches transparent models and a systematic approach to business — not chasing loopholes.

Not ready for even minimal investment to launch

Launching a project without any investment isn’t realistic. The focus is on a smart start and managing risk — not a «$0 business».

The program is not a «done-for-you» format.
For these needs, there is a separate format — services and business support.

ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this course suitable if I’m a complete beginner?

Yes. The program was designed for beginners — with step-by-step actions «from zero», without overwhelming you with terminology or complex tools.

How many hours per week are needed?

On average, 5–10 hours per week. This is enough if you work consistently, rather than in bursts «once a month».

Can it be combined with work, studies, or family?

Yes. 90% of participants combine the program with a full-time job — it’s designed with the understanding that you have a life, not 8 free hours every day.

What if I don’t have an idea or niche — is it still worth joining?

Yes. Choosing a niche and model is part of the program. The process helps build a project based on your skills, experience, and the market — there’s no expectation to come in with a ready-made idea.

I don’t live in the U.S. and my English isn’t strong. Is that a problem?

No. What matters is not your passport or language, but the ability to calculate, analyze, and launch projects. These skills can be learned in any language.

Will the program be too basic if I’m already a marketer / SEO / PPC specialist?

If you’re already strong in traffic, this adds the strategic layer: which niches to choose, what benchmarks to use, and when a project is worth scaling.

Do I need a large budget to start, beyond the program fee?

No large upfront budget is required. What matters is a clear plan: how much to allocate for testing, when to scale, and when to stop.

What happens if I fall behind or can’t keep up with the group?

Nothing critical. You keep access to recordings, materials, and structures — you can slow down and return without starting from zero.

What happens after the year ends — do I lose access to the materials?

No. Core materials, notes, and templates remain with you — you can continue using them after the program.

Can I join with a partner on one project?

Yes. The participation format for partners is discussed separately after you submit your application.

If you don’t find your question — ask it directly.
